The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has set aside the cancellation of a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration that had been revoked due to continuous non-filing of returns.  The bench of Justice Krishnan Ramasamy held that financial constraints and ill-health constituted valid and bona fide reasons for the default, warranting judicial intervention….
