The new premises were formally inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Jindal, Director General, DGGI (North Zone), in the presence of senior officers and staff.

The upgraded facility is designed with advanced technological and security features to enhance efficiency and transparency. It is equipped with comprehensive CCTV coverage, a smart biometric-based entrance-exit management system, and a fully secured high-speed internet leased line, ensuring robust digital infrastructure.

To improve operational functioning, the office houses compactors for efficient live record management, dedicated record rooms, and statement recording rooms with CCTV monitoring for procedural integrity. A modern conference hall with a seating capacity of 40 officers has also been established to facilitate high-level meetings, training, and coordination exercises.
