The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced that its online portal will remain temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance. According to an official update issued by the ministry, the MCA portal will be inaccessible from 11:00 PM on March 13, 2026, until 08:00 AM on March 14, 2026.

In a public advisory shared through its official social media handle, the ministry alerted stakeholders including companies, professionals, and corporate filers about the temporary downtime. The MCA clarified that the interruption is part of routine maintenance activities aimed at improving the performance and stability of the portal.

During the maintenance window, users will not be able to access services available on the MCA portal, which is widely used for filing statutory documents, submitting compliance forms, accessing company records, and carrying out other regulatory procedures under the Companies Act and related laws.

The ministry urged stakeholders to plan their filings and submissions accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during the maintenance period. Once the maintenance work is completed, the portal is expected to resume normal operations from 08:00 AM on March 14, 2026.

The MCA portal serves as a key digital interface between the government and corporate entities, facilitating electronic governance and compliance management for businesses across India. Periodic maintenance of the system is undertaken to ensure smooth functioning and to enhance the digital infrastructure supporting corporate regulatory services.
