While applying the rule of consistency, the Calcutta High Court has set aside a revisional order that classified exported bulk drugs under Serial No. 47A of Notification No. 4/2006-CE, holding that the goods rightly fall under Serial No. 47B in line with a prior order of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT)….
