Sikkim has appointed Advocate Aarohi Bhalla as it’s first Additional Advocate General (AAG) in the Supreme Court.

Aarohi Bhalla is a practising lawyer at the Supreme Court of India having an experience of more than 25 years in the field of litigation.He completed his Law degree in 1999 from Campus Law Centre, Delhi  University.

He has appeared and conducted cases for State Governments and various corporate houses before the Supreme Court and High Courts all across the country.

His area of practice includes commercial and contractual disputes,indirect taxation,arbitration.Aarohi has also worked extensively in cases relating to money laundering under the PMLA.

His experience is diverse in litigation and has worked and conducted cases in various branches of Law.
