AIBE-XX Exam Rescheduled: BCI Announces Fresh Registration and Exam Dates

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued a fresh notification announcing the rescheduled timetable for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE-XX). As per the official notice released by the Bar Council of India Trust (PEARL-FIRST), the examination will now be conducted on November 30, 2025.

The revision includes new dates for registration, fee payment, form correction, and issuance of admit cards. Candidates who have not yet registered for AIBE-XX or wish to modify their application details can take advantage of the revised schedule.

Passing Criteria

The notification reiterates the qualifying marks requirement for candidates:

  • 45% for General / OBC candidates
  • 40% for SC / ST and PwD candidates

About AIBE

The All India Bar Examination is a mandatory certification exam conducted by the Bar Council of India for law graduates who wish to practice law in Indian courts. Only upon successfully clearing AIBE do candidates receive the Certificate of Practice, allowing them to practice as advocates across the country.

What Candidates Should Do Now?

  • Ensure completion of the registration and fee payment before the deadline.
  • Verify personal details and correct errors before November 1, 2025.
  • Download the admit card online from November 15, 2025.
  • Prepare as per the updated schedule without delay.
