The Delhi High Court has disposed of a writ petition challenging the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) in issuing a seizure memo and subsequent Show Cause Notice (SCN) in a customs matter, after observing that the issue now stands conclusively settled by the Supreme Court’s landmark judgment in Canon India Pvt. Ltd….
