Ex Parte GST Order: Madras High Court Directs Immediate Removal of Bank/ITC Attachment Upon 25% Deposit

The Madras High Court has granted relief to a GST assessee by setting aside an ex parte assessment order and directing the tax authorities to immediately lift attachment of the petitioner’s ITC account and bank account upon deposit of 25% of the disputed tax amount.
