The Andhra Pradesh High Court has dismissed a petition seeking condonation of an 800-day delay in filing an appeal against an Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) order. The bench of Justice P. Sam Koshy and Justice Suddala Chalapathi Rao, which held that the Hyderabad-based company failed to establish any “sufficient cause” for the extraordinary delay….
