SCAORA Launched Its 1st Edition Of Its E-journal “SUO – MOTO” [READ E-JOURNAL]

The Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) launched its  E-journal “SUO – MOTO” yesterday by the Hon’ble Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Chief Justice of India along with Hon’ble Mr. Justice BR Gavai, Hon’ble Mr.Justice Surya Kant, Attorney General for India, Shri R. Venkatramani and Solicitor General of India, Shri Tushar Mehta. 

The e-journal features contributions from distinguished legal personalities, including Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.R. Gavai, and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, both Judges of the Supreme Court of India. Additionally, Mr. R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India, Mr. Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General of India, Mr. Vipin Nair, President of the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association, Mr. Amit Sharma, Vice-President of the Association, and Mr. Nikhil Jain, Honorary Secretary of the Association, have also contributed their insights.

The Editorial Board section includes an introduction by the Editorial Team of the SCAORA Journal and a special feature titled “Knowing the Judge – Chief Justice P.B. Gajendragadkar”, also authored by the Editorial Team.

The Articles section comprises several thought-provoking pieces covering diverse legal issues. A. Selvin Raja narrates “The untold story of an Auction Purchaser”, while Aakash Nandolia explores “Navigating BNSS and Cr.PC: The Legal Conundrum”.
