JOB VACANCY At ICSI: CA, CS, CMA Or LLB May Apply [READ CIRCULAR]

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a statutory body under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, is inviting applications for two contractual positions at its Noida office. Application window open from May 7 – May 23, 2025.

Available Positions:

  1. Consultant (Tax and Corporate Laws)
  2. Consultant (ESG; General and Economic Laws)
    Number of Posts: 1 for each
    Location: Noida
    Remuneration: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (consolidated per month)
    Maximum Age: 40 years (as on May 1, 2025)
    Contract Period: Initial one-year contract, extendable up to a total of three years based on performance and requirement.

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Member of ICSI/ICAI/ICMAI or an LLB degree holder.
  • Experience: Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience. (Note: Training during study will not count.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Updating and preparing academic study materials
  • Assisting in committee/board-related tasks
  • Developing knowledge updates and legal case studies
  • Supporting academic initiatives as required

Required Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge and legal interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Drafting and coordination abilities
