The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the Self-Paced Online Module (SPOM) examinations of Chartered Accountants (CAs) stand postponed till further communication.
The decision was made as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of all candidates and stakeholders involved.
In a public notice issued today, ICAI stated, “It is announced for general information that in view of the tense and security situation in the country, the Self-Paced Online Module (SPOM) examinations of Chartered Accountants stand postponed till further communication in this regard.”
The SPOM exams, a key part of the Chartered Accountancy curriculum, are conducted online and are designed to offer flexibility to candidates in their learning and assessment. The unexpected postponement has left many candidates awaiting further updates.
ICAI has urged students and concerned individuals to regularly monitor its official website, www.icai.org, for the latest announcements and rescheduled exam dates.
No new dates have been announced as of now, and the Institute has assured that any further developments will be communicated in due course.
