The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a fresh opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the CA Final November 2026 Examination by reopening the online application form window. Candidates who were unable to complete their registration during the earlier application period can now submit their examination forms between August 1, 2026, and August 5, 2026.

According to the notification issued by the Institute, the online application portal will become operational on August 1, 2026 through the ICAI’s e-services platform. Eligible candidates intending to appear for the CA Final November 2026 examination will be required to complete the application process within the stipulated period, as no applications will be accepted after the deadline.

The reopening of the application window is expected to benefit aspirants who missed the earlier registration schedule due to technical issues, documentation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such candidates can now utilize the additional opportunity provided by the Institute to complete their examination registration.

Earlier, ICAI had commenced the application process for the November 2026 examination on July 6, 2026. Candidates were permitted to submit their examination forms without payment of a late fee until July 19, 2026. Thereafter, the Institute allowed applications with a late fee until July 22, 2026, following which the registration portal was closed.

Recognizing that some eligible candidates were unable to submit their applications within the original timeline, ICAI has decided to reopen the examination form portal for a limited period. The move is aimed at ensuring that deserving candidates do not lose the opportunity to appear in the November 2026 CA Final examination due to missed deadlines.

Candidates are advised to carefully verify their eligibility, upload the required documents, and complete the online application process well before August 5, 2026, to avoid last-minute technical issues or server congestion. They should also review all particulars entered in the application form before final submission to ensure accuracy.

The CA Final examination is the last stage of the Chartered Accountancy course conducted by ICAI and is one of the most significant professional examinations in the country. Thousands of aspirants appear in the examination every session with the objective of qualifying as Chartered Accountants. The reopening of the application window provides another opportunity for eligible candidates to secure their participation in the November 2026 examination cycle.
