The order reiterates that, as per Transfer/Placement Guidelines, 2018, officers below the rank of Commissioner are placed under the administrative control of the Principal Chief Commissioner/Chief Commissioner for further deployment.

Importantly, the department clarified that all representations regarding transfers have been disposed of, and no fresh representations will be entertained until officers join their new postings.

In a consequential administrative change, the order also withdraws the additional charge of CGST (Appeals), Panchkula, previously held by Ms. Vibha Khullar, Assistant Commissioner.

The restructuring is expected to streamline departmental functioning and strengthen operational efficiency across CGST formations in Haryana.
