Prasar Bharati has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Reporter (Legal) on a full-time contractual basis for a period of two years. The positions will be based in New Delhi.

Vacancy Details

  • Number of Posts: 3
  • Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month
  • Contract Duration: 2 years

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of reporting experience in a recognized news organization (Print/TV) as a Legal Reporter.
  • Additional Qualification: A Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism (English)/Mass Communication of at least one year from a recognized university/institution.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, with working knowledge of Hindi.
  • Other Requirements: Basic computer skills and typing ability in the relevant language.

Desirable Skills

  • Clear and impactful voice with strong presentation abilities.
  • Broadcast-quality diction, pronunciation, and delivery.
  • Genuine interest and aptitude in Legal Journalism.

Age Limit: Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
