Mondelēz Maestros 2026: CTC of ₹31.26 LPA for Top Talent

Mondelēz International has launched the Maestros 2026 – Finance Track, targeting Chartered Accountants who cleared the March 2026 CA Final examination in their first attempt. Candidates securing All India Ranks will receive preference during the selection process.

One of the biggest attractions of the competition is the opportunity to secure a job offer carrying a Cost to Company (CTC) of ₹31.26 lakh per annum, making it one of the highest-paying entry-level finance opportunities currently available for newly qualified Chartered Accountants.

Apart from employment opportunities, participants will compete for cash prizes worth ₹2 lakh, distributed as follows:

  • First Prize: ₹75,000
  • Second Prize: ₹50,000
  • Third Prize: ₹25,000

The competition aims to assess participants on financial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical capability, and business problem-solving skills through multiple assessment rounds.

The last date to register is 31 July 2026, and interested candidates can submit their applications through the official Unstop registration portal.

TVS Credit E.P.I.C 8.0 Offers Jobs and ₹2.5 Lakh in Rewards

TVS Credit has also announced the E.P.I.C 8.0 – Finance Challenge, providing another major opportunity for Chartered Accountancy students and recently qualified professionals.

The competition is open to:

  • Chartered Accountants who cleared the CA Final examination from November 2025 onwards, and
  • CA Intermediate-qualified candidates who are expected to appear for the CA Final examination within the next 6–8 months.

The challenge combines competitive case-solving with recruitment opportunities, allowing participants to demonstrate their finance, risk management, and strategic decision-making capabilities.

In addition to potential job offers, the competition carries cash prizes worth ₹2.5 lakh, comprising:

  • First Prize: ₹1,00,000
  • Second Prize: ₹75,000
  • Third Prize: ₹50,000
  • Special Mention Award: ₹25,000

The registration deadline is 14 August 2026, with applications being accepted through the Unstop platform.

Corporate Competitions Becoming Key Recruitment Platforms

Over the past few years, leading companies have increasingly adopted business competitions and finance challenges as recruitment channels to identify exceptional talent beyond conventional campus placements. These competitions evaluate candidates through real-world business scenarios, financial modelling exercises, strategic presentations, and case-study analyses.

For Chartered Accountants, such initiatives provide an opportunity to secure premium roles in corporate finance, strategy, treasury, financial planning, commercial finance, and business partnering while competing with peers from across the country.

With attractive compensation packages, national-level recognition, and substantial cash rewards, both Mondelēz Maestros 2026 and TVS Credit E.P.I.C 8.0 present valuable opportunities for aspiring finance professionals to accelerate their careers immediately after qualifying as Chartered Accountants.
