ICSI Releases Time Table for June 2025 CS Examinations

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially released the time table for the Company Secretaries Examinations – June 2025. The examinations are scheduled to be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025, with the examination timing set from 09:00 AM to 12:15 PM, including 15 minutes of extra time granted for reading the question paper from 09:00 AM to 09:15 AM.

The schedule covers three categories:

  • Executive Programme (Syllabus – 2022)
  • Professional Programme (Syllabus – 2017)
  • Professional Programme (Syllabus – 2022)

ICSI has also reserved the dates 11th to 14th June 2025 to meet any exigency.

Key Examination Dates:

  • June 1 (Sunday): Jurisprudence, Governance, and ESG Papers
  • June 2 (Monday): Capital Market Laws, Secretarial Audit, Strategic Management
  • June 3 (Tuesday): Company Law, Corporate Funding, Drafting
  • June 4 (Wednesday): Economic & IP Laws, Advanced Tax, Corporate Restructuring
  • June 5 (Thursday): Business Setup Laws, Insolvency, Audit & Due Diligence
  • June 6 (Friday): Tax Laws, Multidisciplinary Case Studies, Elective 2 (Open Book)
  • June 8 (Sunday): Accounting & Finance, Drafting, Elective 1 (Open Book)
  • June 9 (Monday): Resolution of Disputes (Professional – 2017 only)
  • June 10 (Tuesday): Elective 1 (Open Book – Professional – 2017 only)

There will be no examinations on June 7 and June 9–10 for most programmes, except specified elective papers.

The June 2025 examination includes open book formats for various elective subjects across Professional Programme syllabi.
