ICSI Announces PMQ Examination for June 2025: Applications Open for Corporate Governance, Arbitration & Internal Audit Courses

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced the schedule for its upcoming Post Membership Qualification (PMQ) Examination, to be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025. This examination will be conducted in an online proctored mode, allowing candidates to appear from their respective locations while ensuring rigorous invigilation.

The PMQ exam is designed for ICSI members who wish to deepen their expertise in niche domains. For the June 2025 session, the exam will cover three key professional areas:

  • Corporate Governance
  • Arbitration
  • Internal Audit

The examination fee is ₹1,500 plus 18% GST per course.
