The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has informed its members about the 4th Grievance / Query Redressal Hearing to be conducted by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The hearing is scheduled to take place on February 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM in South Delhi.

In a communication dated February 25, 2026, the Institute stated that the initiative is aimed at addressing service delivery-related issues faced by stakeholders. The hearings are part of a regular mechanism under which the ROC may conduct physical interactions on the 15th and 30th of every month. If these dates fall on a weekend, the hearing is held on the next working day.

The upcoming session will be conducted by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana and will focus exclusively on grievances pertaining to companies falling under the jurisdiction of ROC NCT of Delhi I at South Delhi.

Venue and Scope of Hearing

The hearing will be held at the office of the ROC located at 4th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019.

Stakeholders may raise issues relating to Company Registration Forms (CRFs), technical problems including annual filing, and pre-filing queries. However, only matters within the specified jurisdiction will be entertained during the session.

Documentation and Authorisation Requirements

The Institute has advised that individuals representing companies before the ROC must carry all relevant documents concerning the grievance or query. Proper authorisation or a Power of Attorney from the concerned company is mandatory to facilitate seamless proceedings.

ICSI, a statutory body functioning under the administrative jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, reiterated its commitment to supporting professional members and ensuring efficient coordination between stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

The Institute expressed appreciation for the continued cooperation of professionals and encouraged members facing compliance or filing-related challenges to make effective use of the grievance redressal platform.
