ACC Approves Empanelment of 34 IRS-IT Officers for Pr. CCIT Rank

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has granted approval for the empanelment of 34 Indian Revenue Service (IRS-IT) officers for promotion to the prestigious rank of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Pr. CCIT) for the panel year 2025. 

This designation places them in Level 17 of the Pay Matrix, marking a significant milestone in their careers within the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax).
