Bombay High Court Adds 49 Advocates to Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators

The High Court of Judicature at Bombay has expanded its Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators by approving the inclusion of 49 advocates. The decision has been taken with the approval of the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice, according to a circular issued by the High Court on July 4, 2026. 

The newly empanelled advocates will serve on the High Court’s Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators, strengthening the institutional mechanism for alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The panel consists of experienced legal practitioners from diverse fields of practice who may be appointed in arbitration and conciliation proceedings administered through the High Court.

The circular was issued by Registrar General Swapnil C. Khati and takes immediate effect.
