The Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Ahmedabad Bench, has remanded a long-pending customs dispute directing fresh adjudication on classification, valuation, and eligibility for exemption under a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) notification.
