CBIC Announces Transfers and Promotions of Senior Officials: Full List Here

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has issued Office Order No. 67/2025, announcing key promotions and transfers of senior officials to the rank of Principal Chief Commissioner (PCC), Principal Director General, Chief Commissioner (CC), and Director General (DG). These changes are effective immediately, following approval from the competent authority.

List of Transfers & Postings

The following officials have been promoted and assigned to new postings across different zones and directorates:

  1. Raj Kumar – DG AP
  2. Valte Vungzamuam – DG HRD (I&W)
  3. Amand Shah – DGHRD (HRM)
  4. Chandra Prakash Goyal – DG GST, Delhi
  5. Prachi Saroop – Mumbai Cus-III Zone
  1. M. Subramanyam – NACIN, Palasamudram
  2. Anuj Gogia – CGST Jaipur Zone
  3. Kajal Singh – CGST & CX Bengaluru Zone
  4. Pradeep Saxena – CGST & CX Ranchi Zone
  5. Naveen Kumar Jain – CGST & CX Panchkula Zone
  6. Rajiv Kapoor – DGGI (SNU), Chennai
  7. Manas Ranjan Mohanty – CGST & CX Bhopal Zone

Joining & Compliance Deadline

  • Relieving Deadline: All officers must be relieved by April 11, 2025.
  • Joining Deadline: Officers must assume charge at their new postings by April 22, 2025.
  • Compliance Report: A compliance report on relieving and joining must be submitted to the CBIC Board by April 25, 2025, with a copy sent to Pr. ADG (HRM-II), DGHRD.
