56th GST Council Meeting To Be Held On 3rd and 4th September 2025

The Goods and Service Tax Council has issued the office memorandum notifying the 56th GST Council Meeting to be held on 3rd and 4th September, 2025.

The56th Meeting of the GST Council will be held on 3rd and 4th September, 2025 at New Delhi. The schedule of the meeting is on Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025 from 11 A.M. onwards and on Thursday, 4th September, 2025 from 11 A.M. onwards

In addition, an Officers’ Meeting will be held on 2nd September, 2025 at New Delhi on Tuesday, 2nd September, 2025 from 11 A.M. onwards

The details of the venue of the meeting and agenda items for the 56th Meeting of the GST Council and Officers’ Meeting will be communicated in due course of time.

The  last meeting i.e. 55th GST Council Meeting was held on December 21, 2024 in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
