The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially released the detailed timetable for the Company Secretaries (CS) Examinations scheduled in June 2025.

The exams will be conducted for Executive and Professional Programme candidates under various syllabi, with sessions running from June 1 to June 10, 2025, between 09:00 AM and 12:15 PM, including a 15-minute reading time from 09:00 to 09:15 AM.

The examination schedule spans multiple groups and modules for both the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Professional Programme (Syllabi 2017 and 2022). The Institute has strategically kept June 11 to June 14, 2025, in reserve to accommodate any unforeseen exigencies.

Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) exams include subjects like Jurisprudence, Company Law, Tax Laws, and electives such as Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security.

Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 and 2022) candidates will sit for core papers in Governance, Restructuring, Strategic Management, and multiple open book elective subjects.

Open book exams will be held on June 6, 8, and 10, covering topics like Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and Insolvency Law.

No examinations are scheduled on June 7, 9, and 10 (for some syllabi), providing brief preparation gaps.

The ICSI emphasized the importance of thorough preparation and advised all candidates to regularly check the official website for updates or changes due to contingencies.
