BSNL leases out of part 8th and 9th floor BSL Bhavan, Adarsh Nagar, Hyderabad to GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) on “As is where is” basis.
The case along with CLSC recommendation was submitted to this office requesting rent approval by the competent authority. The competent authority has approved the case.
Leasing out of part 8th and 9th floor B S L Bhavan, Adarsh Nagar, Hyderabad to GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) on “As is where is” basis allowing initial 12 months’ rent free period at a stretch to the client organization i.e. GSTAT.
Leasing out 21103 sqft built up of part 8th and 9th floor BSL Bhavan, Adarsh Nagar, Hyderabad @ Rs 63.06 per sqft of built up area along with 8000 sqft parking area @ Rs 13/- per sqft i.e total monthly rent as Rs 1434755+ GST to GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) on “as is where is” basis.
Regarding SLA of the Ministry of Finance, as per Section 7.3 of CROP Policy 2020, the CGMs are empowered to negotiate and sign SLA proposed by tenant organization (only for public organization/ banks), if their Terms and Conditions does not match BSNL’s SLA conditions. It should be ensured that in the proposed renting case, all the statutory provisions specified in CROP-2020 Policy with upto date amendments thereof are to be complied by the CGM in order to safeguard the interests of BSNL.
The lease agreement will be signed immediately. After signing only the site shall be handed over to client organization for repair and renovation work etc.
