MCA Notifies Appointment Of Judicial & Technical Members At NCLT

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the appointment of Judicial and Technical Members at National Company Law tribunal (NCLT).

Salary of Judicial & Technical Members At NCLT

The Central Government has appointed the following persons as Judicial Member and Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (Pre Revised) (Level 15 in the pay matrix (Rs.182200-224100) as per 7th Central Pay Commission] for a period of five years with effect from the date they assume the charge, or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, or further order, whichever is the earliest.

Names Of Judicial Members

The government has notified the names of 11 Judicial Members namely Justice Jyotsna Sharma, Sunil Kumar Aggarwal, Nilesh Sharma, Ashish Kalia, Vinay Goel, Labh Singh, Rammurti Kushawaha, Brajendra Mani Tripath, Sushil Kochey Mahadeorao, Mohan Prasad Tiwari, and Cheekati Radha krishna.

Names Of Technical Members

The government has notified the names of 13 Technical Members namely Reena Sinha Puri, Kavita Bhatnagar, Cmde Siddharth Mishra, Hariharan Neelakanta Iyer, Shishir Agarwal, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Radhakrishna Sreepada, Ravindra Chaturvedi, Rekha Kantilal Shah, Man Mohan Gupta, Banwari Lal Meena, Yogendra Kumar Singh, and Simmi Gupta.
