Govt. Appoints Satendra Vikram Singh As CESTAT Technical Member

The President appointed Shri Satendra Vikram Singh, Chief Commissioner, Delhi Customs (Prev.) Zone to the post of CESTAT Technical Member.

CESTAT Technical Member Salary

The government notified the salary of Rs. 2,25,000 p.m., with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post at CESTAT, Ahmedabad, for a period of 04 years, or till attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier, in terms of Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 read with Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 published on 13.08.2021.

CESTAT Technical Member

The officer is required to take charge of the post of Member (Technical) at Ahmedabad bench of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) within a week from the date of occurrence of this vacancy i.e. between 06.12.2024 and 13.12.2024. He is also requested to submit his medical fitness from an authority specified by the Central Government before assuming charge of the post as Member (Technical) in the Tribunal.
