The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified the transfer and postings in the grade of Pr. Chief Commissioner / Chief Commissioner / Director General of Customs and Indirect Taxes with the immediate effect.

Charul Baranwal To Join As Authorised Representative For Department in CESTAT at Delhi

Mr. Charul Baranwal, who is a Chief Commissioners of Customs and is presently posted at DGGI (East) Kolkata has been notified to join as Chief Commissioner (Authorised Representative) in CESTAT at Delhi.

The officers mentioned (except Mr. Charul Baranwal) must join at their new place of posting immediately. No representation whatsoever shall be entertained before they join at their new
place of posting.

The compliance regarding relieving and joining of the above officers may be intimated to the Board (with acopy endorsed to P.r ADG (HRM-I), DGHRD) by 23 October, 2024.
