The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has declined to interfere with multiple GST assessment orders passed under Section 74 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (TNGST) Act, 2017, holding that no violation of principles of natural justice was made out where the assessee failed to avail repeated opportunities of personal hearing….
