The Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has modified a 2016 District Forum order and directed Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. to pay 12% annual simple interest—instead of 6%—on the refund of ₹3.24 lakh for failing to hand over possession of a flat booked more than three decades ago.
