About the Job

A hardworking, meticulous Delhi/NCR-based lawyer needed to work for a litigation office located in Bengali Market, New Delhi. 

The junior associate must know MS Office, be enrolled with the Bar and should be practising in Delhi Courts. Should be proficient in English (Spoken and Written Skills).

Mithu Jain is the National Vice President, Women Empowerment, All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS) Vice President, Central Legal Committee, All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS) and has graduated with honours from National Law University, Jodhpur, India with a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, California, USA

For over 10 years of experience, Mithu is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India specializing in civil, criminal & corporate litigation. Her fora of practice include the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Consumer Courts, Arbitration (International and Domestic), Quasi-Judicial Tribunals like National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and National Green Tribunal.
