JOB POST: Legal Manager at Dream Sports Group, Mumbai

Dream Sports Group is seeking to hire a professional for the job role of Legal Manager, for its office in Mumbai.

About

Dream Sports (DS) Legal is the in house legal function that supports all divisions within Dream Sports ecosystem on varied legal issues relating to the existing as well as prospective businesses for the group ranging from General Corporate, M&A, Fundraise, Structuring, Litigation and Litigation strategy, IP strategy, registration, monitoring and enforcement, Data Protection etc.

Your Role:

• Advising and supporting marketing, brand and tech teams on various commercial deals as a single point legal support 
• Drafting and vetting of various contracts including endorsement contracts, television and digital media advertising/marketing deals, brand association contracts and SAAS contracts 
• Working with external legal consultants to ensure quality contracts and agreements are delivered to internal teams within timelines
• Working as a team on internal projects relating to data protection, legal automation etc.

Qualifiers:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Understanding of intellectual property law
• Experience in drafting and negotiating high value software and technology deals
• Ability to manage high volumes within strict timelines
